From the certified angus beef and all-butter puff pastry in our Beef Wellington, the wild caught lump crab found in in our crab cakes, or the 18-hour slow-braised short ribs for meals, there is tremendous care that goes into each bite.
Gourmet Foods uses proteins that are humanely raised and Non-GMO. Our portfolio of foods uses ingredients that are free of additives and preservatives and are made in our SQF and USDA certified facility in Los Angeles.
